A L-configuration structure pop – out structure dimensions of 20’w x 50’d x 14’clear for Motor Home Storage. The attached structure dimensions of 30’w x 40’d x 12′ clear for shop/storage purposes. Our thought was both roof elevations would be double gable but remain open to any suggestions especially if they reduce costs.

We have commenced design for the balance of our project which is a Custom Residential Estate located in High Fire Hazard area of Rancho California, County of Riverside adjacent to Butterfield Stage Road / La Sereena of Rancho California Road north of the 15 freeway.

Please include any additional costs to meet the “High Fire Hazard Code” as an (Alternate Add), and if its known that Fire Sprinklers mitigate the code requirements and are less expensive than what is required in upgrades (if any) for Structure Steel Components that would be our first choice to include within the design criteria to meet the building codes.

As for accessories please include the following:
1. 1 – 12’w x 14’h Vertical Lift Overhead Door (22 gauge)
2. 2 – 10’w x 12’h Vertical Lift Overhead Doors (22 gauge)
3. 4 – 3070 Frames and Doors
4. Foundation Design and Calculations to include the balance of design
