Pascal Steel is proud to announce the successful completion of our latest project—a 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion at the U-Haul Placentia facility in California. As a leader in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), we were honored to partner with U-Haul to bring this large-scale project to fruition, ensuring that the expansion meets the highest standards of durability, functionality, and aesthetic design.
Project Overview:
For this project, Pascal Steel worked closely with leading suppliers to provide the best materials and solutions. The steel for the pre-engineered metal building was supplied by Nucor Building Systems, a trusted name in the industry known for its quality and innovation. The wall panels for the structure were supplied by Kingspan Wall Panels, offering superior insulation and energy efficiency, while the T8 Wood Panels for the exterior came from Western States Metal Roofing, providing a unique blend of modern and rustic appeal.
This expansion is set to enhance the operational capacity of U-Haul in Placentia, CA, giving the company more space to store and manage its extensive fleet of vehicles and equipment.
Collaborative Construction:
As the steel supplier and erector, Pascal Steel worked alongside other contractors to ensure a seamless construction process. Our team erected the structure efficiently, ensuring that the materials were installed to exact specifications and timelines.
