Here you can have a closer look at the steel braces.
Solid steel braces have been installed in the ceiling of all units to provide elevated stability.
Looking closely you can see there is a full cinderblock wall to three sides of each unit that is then covered by a layer of steel.

Here you can see the solid steel walls of each unit, carefully designed to ensure the safety of your items inside.
The foundation of these units are dual enforced with both steel and cinderblock providing extra strength against the elements.
This showcases our durable steel structures at their core.

Aside from the center parking/loading areas there is additional parking as well.
We have provided flood lights to ensure adequate visibility and safety at night.
Accommodations have been provided to make large vehicle access possible.

We have a vast amount of parking space to ensure our customers will have the access and space they need.

Pascal Steel was recently hired to supply, erect and complete this 55,700 sq. ft. pre-engineered self-storage facility in Victorville, CA.

We provided material, engineering, detailing and labor on this project, to ensure the end product would be something for the books. The attention to detail taken is something that we and our partner McElory Metal are proud to present to the public for everyday use. McElory Metal has provided all structural and secondary materials including the standing seam roof.
